This intensive 14 /15-month training program prepares participants to perform as fully-trained coaches, providing independent coaching sessions and full coaching engagements.

The program includes a full session of role-playing, providing an opportunity for “live” practice of what you have learned. Professional actors will play the role of difficult teachers or teachers in difficult situations, so you’ll have the real-life challenge you need.

Group coaching runs weekly, an hour a week, by conference call.
Participation will be limited to six people in each group. Joining a group is a commitment; please plan to stay with it for the full length of the program. Be ready to do some homework before we meet.
